We intend to allow for easy integration of user mods in the future through built in launcher functionality.

As it stands, though mods are technically pre-permitted as per the EULA, the permissible implementation of mods by users is not set up yet. 

Currently, modding the game would require reverse engineering and decompiling the game launcher exe/game apk, which our EULA doesn't permit.  

Modding features will likely be introduced closer to or after version 1.0. 

It's important to us that the game have a more developed build, and the launcher build is more stable, before attempting to implement the mod functionality.
